"During our recent stay at Pembrokeshire Courtyard Cottages we ordered some food from you and were delighted that we did so. "For the last two years, eight adults and eight children under 6 have shared a house for a week with all sorts of predictable consequences. At the end of a very long day spent looking at giraffes at Folly Farm or rockpooling on windswept beaches, and once the kids were in bed, the last thing we wanted to do was cook. This is where Henrietta proved to be a lifesaver, coming in, and with the minimum of fuss and disruption, cooking us good, restaurant quality food using locally sourced ingredients while the adults enjoyed a well earned sit down and perhaps a drink.
