About Us

All of Pommes food is homemade and prepared by Henrietta Hensher at her country house base in Carmarthenshire. Pommes is a fresh, crisp catering alternative committed to producing homemade, high quality, delicious food made with the finest ingredients sourced from local producers wherever possible.

Henrietta’s love for food was first cultivated by her Cordon Bleu Chef Mother‘s passion for good food.  Having been trained in her Mother’s business Henrietta has also completed her Food and Hygiene courses at the Gordon Ramsay Skills Centre, London. 

Pommes portfolio of clients includes weddings, business events and launches, birthday parties, wedding anniversaries, shooting lunches, cocktail and dinner parties and freezer fills as well as our seasonal orders for Christmas and Easter specialties.
